What is an Independent Living Assessment?
An Independent Living Assessment will pinpoint those
areas in your home that can be improved with the latest
technology to help you create a more independent living
space. You get A free comprehensive report providing
helpful advice, tips and an action plan to:

- Monitor Your Health and environment
- Perform Everyday Tasks
- Improve mobility
- Decrease dependence
- Increase communication and support
- Add convenient living appliances
Our Free Assessment aims to help all disabled people
(including older disabled people) to live autonomous
lives, and to have the same choice, freedom, dignity and
control over their lives as non-disabled people.
Our advice and recommendations are strictly
confidential, and tailored to your needs.
One of our experts will visit you in the comfort of
your own to find out about your own personal challenges
and concerns in getting about your home and performing
every day tasks. We will then prepare a report for
you that will clearly show you what could be done, using
new technologies, to help you live a more independent
life and how you can enjoy more freedom, flexibility and
security in your home.
Our professional assessors all carry identity cards
so you can be sure who is at the door when they visit
you at your home. If you have very specific needs
then we can bring along one of our Occupational
Therapists to talk to you about that.
